Sarah is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC). After obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, she completed an internship as a health coach on a hospital-outpatient transition team. There, she discovered her passion for patient care. Sarah attended Southeastern Louisiana University where she acquired a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and, four years later, a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)

Sarah has an extensive clinical background in a variety of settings with experience in medical-surgical nursing, neuroscience, adult psychiatry, and pediatric psychiatry. She believes that authenticity and collaboration are essential components of a therapeutic provider-patient relationship. While licensed to treat people of all ages, Sarah has special interests in working with kids, teens, and young adults.
